• Delay caused by the client
• Failure to provide required content, approvals, or information
• Dissatisfaction after development has started
• Failure to use or implement the delivered solution

By making payment, the client accepts this No Refund Policy.

Praevisera is committed to delivering the services agreed upon in the proposal, quotation, or project agreement.

Depending on the selected service, deliverables may include:

4. Project Execution

Once payment is received:

• Project planning and development will begin.
• The client must provide all required information, branding assets, content, approvals, and feedback on time.
• Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines but will not qualify for a refund.
• Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges.

5. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party services including but not limited to:

• Domain Registration
• Web Hosting
• Shopify
• WordPress Plugins
• Google Services
• Meta Platforms
• WhatsApp Business API
• Payment Gateways
• AI Platforms
• Other Software Licenses

Charges paid to third-party providers are governed by their own policies and are not refundable by Praevisera.

6. Project Cancellation

If the client cancels a project after payment:

• The project will be considered voluntarily terminated.
• No refund will be issued.
• Any completed work, design files, documentation, or source code may be delivered solely at Praevisera's discretion, depending on the stage of development and payment status.

7. Service Modifications

If a client requests significant changes beyond the originally approved project scope, timeline, or requirements, Praevisera reserves the right to:

• Revise project timelines
• Update project pricing
• Issue a revised quotation before continuing work

8. Acceptance of Policy

By making payment or using any Praevisera service, the client confirms that they have:

• Understood all terms
• Accepted the No Refund Policy
• Agreed to the project execution process
